The EPPO functioning: a practical overview of the judicial cooperation and of the role of the European Prosecutor.

The presentation will focus on the practical function of EPPO, with reference to the issue of the judicial cooperation and to Eurojust (EU’s judicial cooperation unit) and EJN (European Judicial Network), which are the networks and bodies supporting judicial cooperation. This issue will be faced with a focus on the role of the role the European Prosecutors.
