Judicial Bodies Committee
Il comitato ha il compito di garantire un costante aggiornamento circa l’evoluzione ed i progressi di EPPO ai vari membri degli organi giudiziari nazionali, presentando loro recenti riscontri circa l’applicazione del Regolamento.
L’obiettivo del comitato è quello di offrire un quadro completo, circa le modalità di approccio delle autorità giudiziarie nazionali ai casi loro sottoposti dai procuratori delegati europei e di creare un circuito di giustizia quanto più possibile unitario e compatto.
